SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. How does the delivery process work?

    Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

    After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.

    Our partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

     

     2. What is the estimated delivery time?

    We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

    Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the product in inventory, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
    You can check your accurate delivery timelines by entering your default pin code at the time of ordering.

    In general, our standard delivery timelines are:

    3. How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery charge varies with the product you are purchasing.

    We incur relatively higher shipping costs on high value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps to offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

     

    4. My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

     You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse using “Track My Order” Link on our website with your tracking number.

     

    5. What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

    Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren’t available when the courier partner knocked at your door, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.

    6. When will the deliveries take place?

    In general, our courier partner will try to deliver between 9:00 and 18:00. It can be challenging to stay at home for all these hours, especially on working days. If you cannot be there at a certain hour, try to see if someone else can be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.

    7. How will I be notified about my order?

    If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An e-mail or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” section on our website. We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.

    8. How will the packaging look like in case of a door delivery?

    We ensure highest standards of packaging norms and deliver all our products in highly standardized Carton Boxes which will enable there are no damages while handling your items.

    9. What to do if my package shows as delivered but I can't find it?

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
    • Wait for a few minutes and check at your doorstep/office reception for the arrival of our delivery associates.

    If you are still unable to locate your item contact our Customer Service. Please note, we will only be able to support you if contacted within 7 days of your package marked as Delivered.

     

    CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

    1. What is Finish Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellation before your order is shipped:

    If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order under “My Orders” section or from your email id.

    In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

    Cancellation after your order is shipped:

    We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations on orders.

     

    2. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement.

    If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

    Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email within 7 business days of receiving the order.

    Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and box in which you have received your items for our reference.

    Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

     

    3. What is Finish Returns policy?

    Finish as a brand stands for Customer Satisfaction. Finish offers its customers an ’No question asked return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

    If you want to return one or more of your items, you can follow few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

    Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email within 7 business days of receiving the order.

    Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return the items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and box in which you have received your items for our reference.

    Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

    Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Product is damaged due to misuse
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
    • Serial Number is tampered with.
    • Product is used or altered
    • If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

    We will deduct a Return Processing Charge of INR 60 and refund the final amount.

     

    4. How and when do I get my refund?

    In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

    For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the banking details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

     

    PAYMENTS

    1. How do I pay for a purchase?

    We offer you multiple payment methods. If you chose to pay online, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners always use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential.
    You may use Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery (On Selected Pincodes) to make your purchase.
    We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

    2. I am being charged GST while checkout. What is GST?

    GST is a single tax which subsumes everything else like VAT, Excise, Entry tax etc. This is levied on every good or services and must be borne by the consumer. We do not profit in any way from these taxes.

    3. How is the GST amount decided?

    When you order from us, the correct GST amount will be collected from you depending on the product category and will be calculated as follows: Min. 0% - Max. 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount).

    4. If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST amount charged be refunded?

    Yes, the entire amount would be returned into the source account as per our Returns policy.
